About us
The Peartree Kindergarten is the new name for Maidenhall Neighbourhood Nursery. We are a children's nursery based in Ipswich offering quality childcare for 0-11 years including the provision of the 30 hour funded scheme for 3-5 year olds. The nursery has been open since 2004 and it is currently registered as 'Good' with Ofsted.

Owners & Manager
Kate (Owner) - Kate completed her Level 6 in Early Years Practice at the University of Suffolk with her dissertation focusing on school readiness and the disadvantage gap.
Martin (Owner) - Martin manages the finances and ongoing development of the nursery and completed his Early Years Practice Foundation Degree in 2020.
Rachel (Manager) - Rachel is a Level 5 practitioner who combines her role as manager with being the setting's SENDCo. Rachel also monitors the holistic development of all the children. Rachel has recently completed her Level 3 SENDCo certificate.
Rebecca (Deputy Manager) - Rebecca is our Early Years Teacher and is also a qualified Forest School practitioner. Along with her role as Deputy Manager, Rebecca is also our Safeguarding Lead.
