Free Funded Sessions - 15 & 30 hours

From the term following their 3rd birthday all children are entitled to 15 free hours per week in term time.
We also offer 30 free hours per week, please check on this link to see if you qualify...
Children aged 2 may also be entitled to 15 free hours per week term time dependent on meeting the eligibility criteria. Please check on this link to check eligibility...


WE ARE FLEXIBLE

At The Peartree Kindergarten we are flexible in providing our funded sessions and, where possible, we will do our best to accommodate the hours you require (if it fits our staffing pattern). We do not have set hours within which you have to take funded hours. You may also split your free sessions between 2 providers if you wish. 

STRETCHED PROVISION

Our ‘stretched provision’ allows parents to use less funded hours during term time enabling them to save hours for school holidays. If you feel this would benefit you, please ask Rachel or Martin for more info.

Early Full Day 7:30am - 5:30pm = £72.50* (breakfast, snacks & tea included)
Later Full Day 8:00am - 6:00pm = £72.50* (snacks & tea included)
Short Morning 8:30am - 11:30am = £27.00 (snack included)
Early Morning 7:30am - 12:30pm = £40.50* (snack included)
Later Morning 8:00am - 1:00pm = £40.50* (snack included)
School Day 8.30am - 2.30pm = £54.00* (snack included)
Long School Day 8.30am - 4.00pm = £62.00* (snack included)
Short Afternoon 1:00pm - 4:00pm = £27.00 (snack included) 
Long Afternoon 1:00pm - 6:00pm = £40.50 (snack & tea included)

• Holidays will be charged at 50% if one month’s written notice is received. 
• The Peartree Kindergarten is closed on bank holidays and for 1 week at Christmas. No cost is charged for these days.

For children in receipt of Early Years Funding or meeting the criteria for Two Year Funding,
prices will vary depending on the level of funding used, please ask for details.


Out of School Club

Breakfast Club:
7:30am to start of school time. Drop offs to Halifax & Hillside = £8.50 (breakfast included)

After School Club:
School pick up from Halifax & Hillside at school finish time, club runs until 6:00pm = £11.50 (tea included)

Holiday Club:
Full Day 7:30am - 6:00pm = £32.00* (breakfast, snacks & tea included)
Morning session 7:30am - 12:30pm = £18.50* (breakfast & snack included)
Afternoon Session 1:00pm - 6:00pm = £18.50 (snack & tea included)

Trips and outings such as to the cinema or the ski centre are charged at an additional cost
to cover entry fee where applicable and extra staffing.
We aim to keep this as low as possible.
